Please DO NOT allow developers to destroy the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Bay of Kotor! Once destroyed one can not return to the original beauty, believe me I know...in Valparaiso, through graft and corruption huge ugly high-rises have been built right on the ocean destroying the charm and beauty of historic neighborhoods.
